CUSTOMER SERVICE Description:
Detailed Description: Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting them with requested services such as , catering, fuel, hangar space, airport information, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, etc. Assertively assist customers with requests, questions and concerns regarding our services and/ or products. Comply with AeroPremier policies and procedures related to customer service, safety standards, aircraft and ramp activity, and security. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, and air to ground radio. Process customer billing. Set up new accounts, maintain records and reports and other clerical duties. Provide beverages and snacks to customers. Stock informational materials and amenities. Transport customers by shuttle van to and from local hotels and restaurants. Flag in, park and chock arriving aircraft and marshal out departing aircraft. Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage. Perform other duties as assigned.
